This unit has new furnishings and linens throughout. Each bed is set up
with 2 towels and 2 pillows for each person. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has frosty beer mugs in the
freezer. The open floor plan is bright and airy and allows for comfortable seating in both the dining and
living room areas. A sunroom is located off the living room with its own TV and a comfortable queen size
sleeper sofa for the person that needs to sleep alone. It’s also a great place for your morning coffee for the
early riser. The back deck is located off the sunroom with a table and chairs- covered by an umbrella for that
relaxing late day cocktail. The front porch is also set up for a cool drink in the evening or a nice cup of coffee
in the am.

8 Separate Beds
Bedroom 1- downstairs master bedroom has both a queen and twin bed
with its own bathroom. Bedroom 2- downstairs 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and
a full bath across the hall. Bedroom 3- upstairs master bedroom has 2 twin
beds and is connected to a full bathroom. Bedroom 4- upstairs loft bedroom
has 2 twin beds and connects via hallway to full bath with bedroom #3.
