This 1,800 square foot house, which was renovated 2018, is spacious with plenty of privacy and ample driveway and garage parking. It sits on a quiet tree-lined street in Pinehurst village. Inside the house you’ll find a three bedrooms: one king with master en suite bathroom, one room with two double beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens. The baths are spa-like with floor to ceiling tiled showers and modern vanities. The fully renovated kitchen includes brand new fridge, dishwasher, and in-island oven/stove, opening shelving, and an adjacent mud room, pantry and laundry area. The living/dining area has an open concept and has a bright airy feel, which is something we believe makes Hollister House stand out against other Pinehurst rentals. Luxury bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, hair dryer, noise machine and filtered water are all provided.
