The property has four bedrooms. Each bedroom sleeps at least two in separate
beds by way of twins, split kings, queen & twin, etc…There are three full
bathrooms. There is also a half bath in the main house. One of the bathrooms
has a Granite topped whirlpool tub and another has a charming new vintage
style claw foot tub. There are four living/family room areas and a putting
green.

One of the entertaining areas has a countertop height wet bar sink in a custom
solid surface counter with under cabinet refrigerator. The main level of the
house has beautiful new hardwood flooring with the two upper levels being
carpet. The bathrooms are tile. There is a gourmet kitchen complete with five
burner stainless steel gas range, stainless refrigerator, stainless
dishwasher,large butcher block island with seating area and Granite
countertops. There are standard TV’s in the bedrooms and three of the living/
family room areas. The main living/ family room area has direct TV with a
custom in-wall speaker system. The other TV’s have cable, local digital
broadcast or a combination of the two. Bring your jet ski’s or small boats and
tie them to the private 75′ pier. There is a low bridge on the way out to the
bay so, boats with hard tops and towers may have problems clearing the bridge.
There is also a crab pot you can tie to the pier in the morning and pull up
later for some delicious steamed crabs as you sit on the pier and watch the
sunsets. There is a $300 refundable security deposit when booking this unit.
