Sun Mountain opened a year after the Snow Course, and is considered to be a “kindler, gentler” Pete Dye design. Don’t believe it, this course is every bit as tough as its predecessor from the back tees, and challenges golfers with long, tight fairways that are immaculate every day of the year. The greens on both the Snow and Sun Mountain courses are always in perfect shape and will roll true if, that is, you have mastered the ability to read severe undulations and lightening quick putts.
