Despite preserving its ‘small-town’ status, it is undeniable that San Antonio, Texas has made its mark in the world map. Considered as the 7th largest city in the United States and regarded as the second-largest city in Texas, San Antonio prides themselves on their popular tourist destinations. It was also named as one of the ‘Top 100 Places to Live for 2010’. Also called as the ‘Heart of Texas’, San Antonio has been home to some known institutions, Fortune 500 companies, Fortune Global 500 and military forces like the Fort Sam Houston and Lackland Air Force Base.

The temperature during the winter, summer and fall are just about right with no extreme heat or cold making San Antonio a perfect place to hone golfing skills. Aside from the historical sites and popular tourists’ spots, the place is also home to an array of challenging golf courses. From the championship layouts to the public and private courses, every golfer is given the finest options that will surely challenge various skill levels.
